When you make a clan you must fill out the following form and then wait for approval. Please include any extra info that you think you may need to add.

Village: (the village the clan is most loyal to)
Blood limit: (Please explain what the blood limit of the clan is and what it does)
Clan Jutsu: (List all of the clan's jutsu)
